  • We’ll meet via live Zoom call 12 times total (weekly) and each call is intuitively led + catered to your needs. We’ll work on a combination of addressing both mental and emotional blockages + igniting momentum and an action-oriented approach to creativity.

    Sessions can include guided breathwork and meditation, healing, and more.

  • For weekly check-ins we’ll chat via messenger. You can also share your “aha” moments and lean on me for support during the in-between.

  • I’m intuitively led and tapped into what you need. In the end, you’ll be the one coming up with the answers after we tap back into your creative life force.

    As a certified breathwork & meditation instructor, you can expect to receive nervous system support and work on expanding your capacity for discomfort.

    I am also a certified Human Design reader, giving us another tool for honing on your secret sauce and unique talents!

My name is Bella and I’m an ever-curious, walking exclamation point heaven-bent on embodying wisdom, enjoying my life, and teaching others the profound spiritual lessons that have changed me forever. I’m a Generator 1/4 that loves to deepen my knowledge and share it with others.

I’ve been a creative soul since I landed Earth-side, following my instincts and intuition toward the Awakening that brought me back to myself and the Truth: All is one and I have been divinely crafted by a beautiful Universal Life Force that is always conspiring in my favor. Yeehaw!! Those are some powerful words and I am here to live by them as best I can.

I write, speak, teach, and mentor to expand fellow Souls on the path to being who they truly are, tapping into their innate wisdom, and HAVING FUN WHILE THEY DO IT.
